Personal tax and accounting services, entirely online. A small practice preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, serving clients nationwide.
What the name means
Nearby describes the working relationship, not a location. What a local accountant gives you is someone who knows your situation and answers when you write. Neither of those depends on distance. The practice is online, so there is no office to visit.
You write to the CPA who prepares and signs your return, not to an intake desk. You get a reply within one business day. The same person handles your return the following year.
The credential
Returns are prepared and signed by a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Washington State Board of Accountancy. The licence was issued in 2024.
What the practice focuses on
Individual returns, including those with self employment, investment, or rental income. Entity returns for S corporations, partnerships, and C corporations, with the K-1s for the owners where the structure issues them. Reporting for United States LLCs owned from outside the country. First returns for people who have recently arrived in the United States, where residency for tax purposes usually matters more than the form itself. Prior years that were never filed. Advisory on a defined question, scoped before it is answered. Monthly bookkeeping, so the return has something to be prepared from.
Who does the work
The work is done by the licensed CPA. Before this practice opened,five years went into tax work in employment, on United States returns alongside the taxes of other countries. Most of that was C corporation work, with individual returns, partnerships, and S corporations running through it.
The practice itself is new. The experience behind it is not.
What this is
One licensed CPA preparing and signing returns. Your details are not passed to anyone else, no refund is promised or estimated to win the work, and nothing here offers to settle a tax debt for less than it is.
